CRJ Refresher Training
Objectives
To provide cabin crew with the specific revisions to maintain and update the required knowledge’s level and skills.
Prerequisites
Cabin crew already operating on CRJ series aircraft, on an annual basis.
Trainees must hold a class 1 medical.
Terms and conditions
- Language: French / English (English for course materials). English language proficiency is required.
- Location: Morlaix or customer facilities
- Scheduled: On request according to availabilities.

THEORETICAL TRAINING
– Normal, abnormal procedures (turbulence, decompression, fire and smoke, evacuation);
– Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) including evacuation and crowd control techniques updates and equipment reviews;
– CRJ cabin systems review (emergency lighting, evacuation signaling);
– Crew Resources Management;
– Medical aspects and first aid;
– Dangerous goods.
PRACTICAL TRAINING
– Evacuation training on ground and ditching;
– Emergency exit operations (type I and III);
– Firefighting and smoke Real firefighting and smoke-filled cabin session;
– Location and handling of safety equipment (PBE, raft, oxygen, and extinguishers).
AIRCRAFT VISIT
– Presentation of fix and mobile safety equipment
– Cabin systems presentation (public address, integrated stairs)
DURATION
Depending on airline needs (This course is tailored to customer requirements).
But average duration to cover requirements are approximately 2 days.
ASSESSMENT
Multi-choice questionnaire and practical evaluation.
