This training is for SFI(A)s who wish to revalidate their authorisation.
SFI(A) Revalidation
Objectives
SFI(A) revalidation qualification.
Prerequisites
To revalidate SFI(A) type rating qualification.
During the period of validity of the qualification, the instructor must comply with 2 of these 3 requirements:
- 50 hours as an instructor on FSTD (including 15 hours within the last 12 months)
- Refresher course for an Instructor as an SFI(A) in an ATO (6 hours)
- An assessment of competences in function of instructor in the FFS

ASSESSMENT OF COMPETENCE (AoC)
The applicant will have to complete, under the supervision of a TRE(A) or SFE(A), 03H00 of Full Flight Simulator training for the type rating of the aircraft concerned, in compliance with AMC1 FCL.935.
