Job seeker
Our certifying training programs, such as type ratings or instructor courses, can be funded by France Travail.
- Contact your France Travail advisor to present your training project
- Contact us to submit a quote on the KAIROS platform
- Accept the quote on your France Travail account
- The quote is then reviewed by France Travail for approval or rejection
- After approval, we will be able to proceed with your enrollment

Mobilisation of your CPF (Personal Training Account).
- Check your available CPF balance on your account: https://www.moncompteformation.gouv.fr/
- Select the desired ICARE training program
- Register directly through your CPF account
If the training cost exceeds your available CPF balance (ceiling of €1,500 for Specific Register Certifications), you must pay the remaining amount directly on the platform.
If you are a job seeker, you may request additional funding from France Travail, which will review your application. - Validate your request a first time
- After we approve it, a second validation on your part is required
