About ICARE


Created on 28 December 1990 to provide training for the Pilots, Commercial Staff and Maintenance Technicians employed by its parent company - the airline BRIT AIR - the Centre de Formation Aéronautique ICARE [ICARE Aeronautical Training Center] has developed rapidly, benefiting from the growth of BRIT AIR while turning its attention to the outside world.





- The first aeronautical training centre to be granted T.R.T.O. (Type Rating Training Organisation)
   status
- Approved to PART 147 for aeronautical training schemes in 2003
- One of the first IATA-approved centres in France in 2003
- Second centre, after Air France, LPO-approved (Language Proficiency Organisation) in 2008.  
- Approuved training center CFS (Security Course Certificate) in october 2008.
